Service Description

Regularly scheduled peer-style coaching, guidance and mentorship to assist the executive team with the organization's overall advancement. Our Approach: Step 0: Introductory meeting (zero-cost, zero-obligation) to discuss your needs, our services and potential fit. Step 1: Schedule standing weekly 30 min sessions or bi-weekly 60 min sessions that weave into the executive team's existing operating rhythm. Step 2: Utilize regular check-in meetings to cover topics flexibly and as desired by the executive team. Step 3: Continued regular sessions with freedom to reschedule or skip as needed.
